I weave my love of humans with a tireless desire to create harmonious connections within a healing container. I enjoy assisting in various modalities at transition points of life creation, cessation and significant change, by supporting you in cultivating health and empowerment.

I’ve pursued degrees in Abnormal and Social Psychological science and Communications design from UofT, and TMU, and a diploma in Community services. I then passionately explored interdisciplinary healing movement and wholistic fertility development from pathology and compound environmental toxicity.

Under a loving mentorship in birthwork, my focus became the many stages of life creation, fueled by my fire, female empowerment. I am a prenatal, postnatal and birthing doula within Awakening the Village, supported by my birth working sisters in knowledge, ceremony, navigating birthing systems, and lovingly weaving a ‘red thread’, or matriarchal line though our experiences.
